General Anaesthesia & Deep Sedation
Whether the clinic documents treatment under general anaesthesia or deep / twilight sedation — "sleep dentistry", where the patient is asleep and unaware (does not feel, see, or hear the procedure). Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.
- ✗ General anaesthesia / deep sedation (sleep dentistry) — No general anaesthesia or deep sedation documented Offers Lachgas (nitrous oxide); site vaguely says "weitere Sedierung ist möglich" with no GA/asleep language. [s1]

Reputation & Reviews
Public review signals. The Google rating is adjusted with a Bayesian prior (rating 4.0, weight 25) so a 5.0 from a handful of reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from hundreds.

Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-05 | TripAdvisor presence checked on 2026-10-05: no listing found for this clinic. |
| 2026-10-02 | Reputation check 2026-10-02 on the clinic's Google listing (10 reviews read): recurring complaints yes; owner replies to reviews left unassessed. |
| 2026-10-02 | Read the clinic website (homepage, sitemap and service pages): structured data found. |
| 2026-10-02 | Google indexing quality changed from good to partial after a name-and-city web search on 2026-10-02 (own site not listed, though indexed). |
| 2026-10-01 | Other review platforms re-checked on 2026-10-01: jameda practice page (16 reviews) and dentist profile (14), as on the Germany site; the datum previously rested on a page that copies its Google listing. |
| 2026-09-10 | Name-verification pass 2026-09-10 (browser): 'Hediyeh Khoshreza' appears neither on the clinic’s own team pages (theurbandentist.de/unser-team/ and four further pages read 2026-09-10, naming twenty-six people including six dentists) nor in the KZV Berlin Zahnarztsuche, whose name search was driven in a real browser on 2026-09-10 and returned “Ihre Suche ergab keine Ergebnisse” for both “Khoshreza” and “Hediyeh”, while the same search returned this practice for two controls — Mohammed Alef and Kristina Möller-Pierdzioch, both listed as tätig in “mvz the urban dentist”, Warschauer Str. 32 — proving the register covers it; removed. This completes the 2026-08-25 KZV pass, which had left the name unmatched rather than false. |
| 2026-08-25 | License verification 2026-08-25 against KZV Berlin Zahnarztsuche: clinic and 5 of 7 named team members (Kim, Alef, Neuhaus, Moussa, Pierdzioch) confirmed as active Vertragszahnärzte/-innen at the clinic's exact address; Khoshreza and Cordes could not be matched — left null, not verified false. |
| 2026-08-25 | Recorded sedation / general anaesthesia availability (informational): not documented in public sources. Offers Lachgas (nitrous oxide); site vaguely says "weitere Sedierung ist möglich" with no GA/asleep language. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: confirmed website live, address, phone unchanged; corrected Google rating from stale 4.3/263 to current 4.4/352; captured geo coordinates and Maps URL; operating status open. |
| 2026-07-08 | Initial data collection. |
